Grey Colt Construction, LLC builds homes on land you already own, or will consult with you to discuss the purchase of one of our own prestigious property locations to build a unique custom or prefab home. We also handle all the necessary paperwork for building homes in Tucson.
How long will it take to build my home?
The completion date for construction on your home is discussed during your initial consultations. Since each Grey Colt Construction, LLC home is unique and tailored to specific needs, the precise end date depends on design plans and your chosen options for finishing.
Do you charge per square foot?
A fixed price is set per square foot once all selections for design and other features have been established including, garage installation, deck or porch.
What is covered under my new home warranty?
Grey Colt Construction, LLC offers a 10 year structural warranty and is also registered with various Tucson homeowners’ associations. We guarantee that each custom and prefab home is free from defects in materials and workmanship when owner’s take possession.
Are Grey Colt Construction, LLC homes complete? Can additions be added?
